Microbial ecology

  • Microbial communities from various regions with the same GTD will be compared and will certainly emerge relevant data on the ecology of the microorganisms colonizing the wood
  • Analysis of microbial communities outside and inside the wood on symptomatic and asymptomatic plants in vineyard and in nursery
  • Examine shifts in microbial communities during a year and potential association between changes in microbial communities and GTD symptoms
  • How the microbiota might influence susceptibility to GTD
